OK, it's crunch time - and if you are honest with yourself, things just aren't working, with the Board or with your executive team.  Passionate as you are about your company's future, you just don't seem to be able to make yourself heard, or to share and get buy in to your plans.  You really need to examine how you are communicating, and that might have to start with a lot of listening - you've been doing all the talking lately.  You need a big shift fast.
