Why is Zaffyre unlike any other Management Consultancy?
Change Management has been one of the most popular consulting products of the last decade. There are few organisations which have not been involved in a change initiative of some sort.
The essence of change is that it has a fixed reference point, and "success" is measured in the relative distance from the reference point. The enemies of successful change management are resistance, change fatigue, lack of common purpose, and regression. Many well intentioned change programs are confounded by one or more of these enemies - at the starting line, or even long after they are thought to be "completed".
