Martin Paech - CEO  

Martin Paech - CEO

Martin has extensive experience in business start ups, e-commerce and online customer service.  Prior to joining Zaffyre International, Martin was Managing Director of ACN Pacific, a network provider selling business in fixed and mobile telecommunications services to residential and small business customers. Martin also consulted to Telstra Corporation to establish a new business in Wireless LAN involving review of Wi-Fi technology and implementation of a national and international network footprint.

In the late 1990’s, Martin was founding Managing Director of dingo blue, Australia’s first wholly e-enabled telecommunications company. Over two years, Martin grew dingo blue from concept to household brand and award winning internet service provider before selling the company to Australian Gas Light, AGL.

Martin’s leadership of dingo blue was the culmination of over 10 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with Cable & Wireless in the UK and Optus in Australia. During this period he held a variety of executive positions in management, information technology, marketing and finance. At Optus, he established the company’s financial planning systems and processes and marketing information systems.

Martin has a degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide and was a member of the Cable & Wireless Global Executive Development program undertaking training in the UK, US and at INSEAD. Martin sat on the board of the Australian Film Television and Radio School (1999-2002) and is currently a member of several advisory boards.

 
Brent Sheridan  

Brent Sheridan

Brent brings to Zaffyre International over 7 years experience facilitating personal development and organisational transformation. His expertise in Leadership, Learning & Development and Organisational Systems Design was primarily gained in the banking and finance industries, where organisational change is rapid and often challenging.

During his time with a leading Australian bank, Brent designed and delivered a group-wide Leadership Program that assisted senior, middle and frontline managers to improve their leadership practices within the framework of a new strategic direction. He was also responsible for the design and implementation of a group-wide People Management System that incorporated performance feedback and review, fair treatment and grievance, recruitment and selection.

As a Senior Consultant at Zaffyre, Brent has played a critical role in one of the company's biggest and most exciting projects since its inception in 2004. He has led group workshops for executive, head office and operational site managers as well as providing one on one mentoring that increases personal awareness and improves relationships and performance.

Brent's work at Zaffyre allows him to assist individuals and groups to improve their skills and to heighten their awareness of what they do, how they do it, and how they can improve their impact and effectiveness as managers and leaders.

 
 

Kerrie Murray-Loewy

With a background as a psychologist and a business owner, Kerrie assists organisations to achieve their corporate objectives by lifting strategic thinking. As a result, her clients are able to meet the challenges of a competitive and commercially focused environment in a socially responsible manner.

Her credentials and experience have provided Kerrie with a deep understanding of how people respond to change and how to manage those reactions within a corporate framework.

Kerrie assists companies to align their culture and change strategies through the design and delivery of change management strategies. This includes the assessment of organisational culture, structure, human resource capabilities and the design of best practice team based solutions.

Using Leadership and Team Development Programs and ongoing one-on-one Coaching, Kerrie's focus is to assist individuals to realise their individual potential by exploring their values, beliefs, and behaviours, thus developing outstanding performers who can lead authentic and purposeful lives.

 
 

Lily Cubrilo

Over the last 18 years Lily has delivered facilitation, one to one mentoring and coaching to thousands of people throughout Australia , New Zealand , Singapore , Hong Kong , Thailand , India , the UK and the United States . As an Electrical Engineer by trade, Lily has combined systems thinking with deep personal transformative change processes within a strategic business context to unleash the potential of breakthrough thinking and change that inevitably creates previously unthought of success for individuals and most importantly for the organisation.

Lily has worked in both the public and private sector at all levels of an organisation within industries as varied as information technology, media, banking and finance, professional services and retail. Uniquely, in developing her own consultancy over that period Lily has also worked within the SME market which has funded in her a deep value for the need in business to be results oriented and to produce tangible outcomes. To that end, many of Lily's designed initiatives focus on metrics that drive the success of the business.

The underpinning success of Lily's work is the recognition of the power of  the individual's ability to make significant contribution and change the face of an organisation through everything they think, say and do. For Lily, the inspiration is touching people's lives in a way that leaves them and her inevitably and permanently transformed.

 
 

Sabine Simmonds

With a unique background that combines founding and running global-reach companies and facilitation of deep personal/emotional transformational work, Sabine believes passionately that when personal and corporate transformation are combined, they create powerful strategic outcomes for all involved.

Having achieved commercial success, Sabine was challenged by an emergent desire to understand how relationships promote or impede achievement of business objectives. She found there was a direct correlation, and brings this deep, personal understanding to her client work. In her client work Sabine explores values, beliefs, behaviours and feelings, thereby unlocking potential and elevating thinking, which leads ultimately to greater fulfillment and ability to achieve one's goals.

Sabine is fascinated by the many facets of the human condition and human spirit and is deeply committed to supporting people in realising their full potential and thereby contributing more powerfully to the organisations to which they belong.

 
 

Peter Shields

As a passionate mentor for individual and team transformation, Peter excels at the experiential approach. His experience with consulting, facilitation and executive & group mentoring demonstrates a long history of bringing self awareness and professional development to individuals, leaders and teams that supports them to build their leadership capability.

With five years’ experience as a Counselling Therapist, Peter knows and understands the deeper motivations that drive human behaviour, relationships and workplace systems. This experience and skill allows clients a deeper understanding of themselves, their teams and the strategic impact of their leadership.

Prior to Consulting and Counselling, Peter worked successfully for many years in sales, sales management and marketing. This experience in business drives a strong results and growth focus through his Consulting engagements.

Peter has extensive experience with many of Australia’s top businesses across the financial, professional services, banking, legal, IT & Government sectors. Areas of consulting include leadership strategy, EQ, sales planning, sales strategy, negotiation, internal influencing, team coaching, conflict resolution and remedial developments.

 
 

Terri Frost

In a career spanning 25 years and over three continents, Terri has created a sustained impact on her corporate clients in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Project Management and Coaching.

Terri began her career managing international IT projects and her impact grew as she realised that if she wanted to be an effective project manager and drive change in an organisation, she must be exceptional at working with people. For Terri, the key to this is in building relationships that allow for creativity, honesty and challenge.

This consistent dedication to her own personal development and learning has helped Terri create a high performance culture throughout her clients' businesses. She believes that improving individual performance is the best way to strengthen teams and improve the operation and profitability of organisations.

At Zaffyre, Terri assists companies to analyse their business processes and see how individuals' relationship to themselves and one another, affects their performance in executing those processes. Through her work, she assists clients reach a point where they believe that there are no limitations on what they can achieve.

 
 

Robert McVicar

Robert began his career as an entrepreneur, working in SMEs and owning and managing several successful businesses. His own drivers towards producing outcomes that were successful and sustainable led him to search for and apply the latest thinking and approaches that supported his businesses and those of his clients to be profitable and impactful. His studies in the field of human potential and the social sciences further integrated his business successes and led him into coaching others for business success.

Robert has facilitated business and transformational programs for organisations for the past two decades and has successfully coached individuals, leaders and executives to support them in growing their organisations. He also ran his own consultancy for several years prior to joining Zaffyre.

At Zaffyre, Robert's role includes leading projects for corporate management teams through workshop facilitation and one-on-one mentoring to support global strategic initiatives. He recognises that sustainable strategic outcomes occur when leaders transform themselves as the first step to meaningful change in the organisation. As a lifelong student of human potential, Robert is passionate and dedicated about working with the dynamic interplay between human development, leadership and business outcomes, and in supporting leaders to deepen their capability to become innovators of change and global visionaries.

 
 

Tjanara Goreng Goreng

At Zaffyre Tjanara works with leaders to transform themselves and their leadership teams to enhance their business strategy. She mentors and coaches executives and drives the design and development of strategic client projects.

Prior to joining Zaffyre, Tjanara was a consultant in private business, a psychotherapist, a senior public servant and a bi-cultural dialogue facilitator within the community sector. Tjanara has also had a distinguished career as a University academic and senior administrator, policy advisor and program designer for large public sector programs. Tjanara has worked overseas in India, France, Italy and Mexico on Self Management Leadership programs with corporations facing change.

Tjanara has also worked in therapeutic rehabilitation clinics in the USA and in Australia as a psychotherapist in private practice focusing on transforming family relationships through working with people’s beliefs about themselves and the way they relate to others.

Tjanara is a passionate advocate and volunteer for human rights and social justice for all peoples and is committed to working in transforming communities and organisational systems based on deep values and the ancient wisdom found in Indigenous Australian traditions.  Tjanara has a Masters degree in Social Administration (Community Development), a postgraduate degree in Counselling and is an alumni of the University of Melbourne Business School where she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management as a recipient of the National Australia Bank’s MBA Indigenous Scholarship program.

 
 

John Falcon

Following 30 years working with individuals and groups in a clinical capacity, John's role with Zaffyre now allows him to use his experience as a catalyst for change on a broader and more profound scale.

John's insight into human motivations and behaviour is the result of his previous roles running inpatient and outpatient programs for the treatment of a number of psychological problems and addictions. As a Clinical Director, not only was he responsible for developing and running programs but also for selecting, supporting and training of clinical staff and working closely with patients and families during times of crisis.

In his practice as a psychologist, John has many years of experience working in the corporate arena with individual upper management and teams in personal development and team building.

At Zaffyre, John's role includes the development and design of training programs, the facilitation of group workshops for corporate management teams, the provision of direct feedback on LSI and TMP testing and ongoing mentoring of upper management.

His own emotional and spiritual maturity allows him to empower other people to grow and perform beyond their wildest dreams, both individually and collectively. He believes the groundbreaking work being done by Zaffyre will make a difference to the lives of people on a global scale.
