OUR PROCESS
 
Zaffyre's process is founded from the question "How do we best combine and apply our knowledge into an approach that our clients can leverage, drive, and own to achieve breakthroughs ?" .

In order to answer that question effectively, we guide our clients to recognise that:
 •  An organisation enacts the collective vision and philosophies of those who lead it
 •  There is no such thing as an "organisation"; an "organisation" is the sum of the collective of the individuals that make it up
 •  Learning is an iterative process that cannot be done in isolation or in a synthetic environment alone
 •  Change and learning must encompass the whole of each individual, their mind, emotions and body
 
These four premises form the framework of Zaffyre's approach and are the cornerstones of how we do everything we do.  What does it look like in action with clients?

Start with the Direction Setters and Governance Holders
Zaffyre takes the approach that those who hold governance and lead an organisation at a strategic level are the key to making successful transformations and breakthroughs. Collectively they hold the vision and the intention for what the organisation is to be, in the marketplace and on the world stage. We have discovered that when these key people can collectively hold a vision that is clearly articulated and visibly committed, the rest of the organisation can deliver in a way that is fast, effective and successful.
 
A group is a collection of individuals
In order to create expansive and robust thinking within a group we begin with each individual that is a part of that group. In order to support and fund a group to be creative and powerful, each individual must begin to think in ways that are creative and powerful. Zaffyre's approach recognises that working with each person individually is essential to the success of the whole. Each person brings a unique set of skills, talents, abilities and strengths and also their own challenges and opportunities for improvement. Our consultants are highly effective at assisting individuals to more powerfully utilise their strengths, whilst supporting and educating them to recognise and transform any obstacles to their personal and organisational greater success.
 
Learning in and out of the business day
Learning is an iterative process and cannot occur in isolation. In learning a set of tools, approaches and a way of thinking we can make the mistake of thinking that if something is "taught" and " learned " it will be immediately adopted. Zaffyre's approach recognises that having a cognitive understanding of a skill does not necessarily translate into immediate application. Our approach encompasses work with individuals, workshops with groups, and strategic support back in the conduct of day to day business. Thus the knowledge is layered and embedded through practice, repetition, context and conscious feedback.
 
Learning is a whole body experience
Research has shown that learning is a whole body experience, involving the mind, the emotions and the body. Zaffyre's approach embodies all three and stimulates and engages all of these dimensions to achieve effective and deep learning.
